Typically, clients want the responsibility of the whole maintenance and project management of their sites to be handled by one company and Lightfoot is able to offer a cost effective flexible solution to the end user. Lightfoot's managers or appointed supervisors have total responsibility for all aspects of the installation. This includes initial design, works programming, procurement, on site supervision, commissioning, hand-over and 'as-built' drawings.

As buildings have increased in complexity, Lightfoot has extended its skills to cover the full range of environmental services, for a wide range of clients in locations as diverse as hospitals, chemical plants, office developments, food factories, hotels, leisure centres and ships.
